Centrelake West Covina is located less than a mile from Queen of the Valley Hospital.

Our facility is adjacent to the I-10 West Covina Parkway off-ramp. Ample parking is available just steps from our main entrance. Upon entering, patients are immediately welcomed to a serene, contemporary setting.

The state-of-the-art building features comprehensive radiology services, unparallel in this region. We are also proud to offer the community a full range of state-of-the-art, minimally invasive interventional radiology services in our Vascular & Interventional Center.

We are open Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. We also offer convenient Saturday appointments for select modalities. Walk-ins are welcome for X-ray studies from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. X-ray closed from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
