Centrelake Imaging is a full-service, all digital radiology network in Southern California. Our practice was founded in 2006 in Ontario, California by a team of experienced medical practitioners focused on delivering high quality and affordable diagnostic imaging services.

Over the years, we have developed a reputation for delivering exceptional patient care. This dedication is supported by our use of advanced technology coupled with the skills and expertise of highly qualified and esteemed radiology professionals.

Today, we operate eleven facilities in Southern California: Ontario (2006), Upland (2008), Covina (2009), Pomona (2010), West Covina (2013), Downey (2015), Chino (2018), El Monte (2018), Anaheim (2021), Hemet (2021), and Montebello - Coming Soon. Our Expertise

Centrelake Imaging is proud to be accredited by the American College of Radiology for PET, MRI/MRA, CT, Nuclear Medicine and Digital Mammography. Our Interventional Radiology Centers are accredited by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). The AAAASF is an independent, not-for-profit outpatient accrediting organization, considered by physicians, clinicians, legislators, state/federal health agencies and patients as the “Gold Standard in Accreditation.”

Our physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Radiology and specially trained in today’s modern diagnostic techniques, special procedures, and equipment. Many of our physicians have pursued fellowship training from prestigious institutions in the fields of musculoskeletal, body and breast imaging, and neuroradiology. Our medical professionals continually strive to advance their knowledge in the latest radiology techniques and procedures to better serve our patients.
