Centrelake Covina is conveniently located in eastern San Gabriel Valley, easily accessible to the I-10 and I-210 freeways. Located in the City of Covina, Centrelake Covina is within minutes of Inter-Community Hospital, Queen of the Valley Hospital, Kindred Hospital, and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital.

For the convenience of our patients, physicians and the community, we offer Digitial X-ray, Ultrasound, Echocardiography, and Digital Mammography at our Covina location. This location was designed to complement our network of outpatient radiology facilities and provides patients with access to critical radiology modalities within a strong medical community.

We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed from 12 PM to 1 PM. Walk-ins are welcome for X-ray studies from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
