It took a week to get us in, but my boy’s ultrasounds were not urgent. They gave us their general opinion during the procedure and sent the results to the doctor the next day. During the scans, the technician called in her supervisor for a second opinion. Including the initial paperwork (1st time) my son was in and out within an hour. No complaints and beat our expectations.

First time ever here and had a great experience. Their facilities were clean. Barely had much of a wait. The front receptionist very polite and friendly, but what really made this visit great was the technician I had who did my mammogram. Joy was very sensitive to my health issues and made my experience comfortable and without pain. I have had many bad experiences with past mammograms, but this young lady was very personable, professional and showed utmost respect to me as a patient. I came out of there no longer hating mammograms. Thank you Joy & Centrelake Imaging for an awesome experience which are rare for those with health issues.

I can’t help but post another review… as mentioned in my previous post I had to book a last-minute ultrasound and in my crazy yelp search I continuously came across the center and after reading the bad reviews and seeing that it only had three stars I decided to pass on this place but just now I got off the phone with Eloisa requesting a note for my daughter to take to school due to missing class for the ultrasound she took the time to inquire about the possibility of emailing me this document and emailed it to me right away her professionalism her kindness and thoroughness is much appreciated when I read the bad reviews I expected all but the opposite of what I ended up receiving the service the facility the staff is all amazing.

I came here for an ultrasound. The place is gorgeous and clean. The front desk was warm and welcoming. I came a little early to fill out paperwork and they took me in exactly at my appointment time.

Maddy or Maddie (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell it) performed my ultrasound. She was extremely friendly and explained the entire procedure step by step. She was professional and made me feel very comfortable.

The exam room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

I had an appointment for a CT Scan. Since I was new I had to fill out some paperwork. Not long after that Young (the technician) called me in and did my scan. She was really nice. It was pretty simple. She told me just to lay there and not to open my eyes. It took about 10 minutes. So overall I was here around 30 minutes. Not bad if I ever needed this done again I definitely will be back.

Joseph is amazing!! I can sit here and write a list about him, but it would take too long. Lol My grandma came in for a Bone biopsy, and we had a horrible experience at UC Irvine. She was nervous all week about, and just thinking of all the pain she would be in. Joseph called me twice before her appointment with questions, and to see how things were. The day before my grandmothers biopsy she called Joseph to ask a few questions. After the phone call my grandma felt reassured, and not nervous at all. She said Joseph made her feel like she was in good hands. Next morning we get in, and sure enough Joseph lived up to his word! He has such a bubbly, well mannered, personality and so down to earth. He took care of my grandma from the beginning to the end. Anything she needed, and was very careful on how he handled my grandma. We got a phone call, from Joseph, the next day to see how everything was going. I’m so happy we came here.

Great facility! Got a same-day appointment fairly easily. Was seen within 15 minutes of waiting. The ultrasound technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The facility itself is beautiful and well-kept and is reminiscent of a spa.
